Youth Work Ireland is excited to launch Nollaig 2025, our annual Christmas Card Design Competition for young people across Ireland!
If you’re between 5 and 18 years old and part of a Youth Work Ireland Local Youth Service, this is your chance to show off your artistic skills and spread some festive joy.
What’s It All About?
We’re inviting young people to design a Christmas card that captures what the season means to you — family, friendship, fun, celebration, or even youth work itself! The winning design will become the official Youth Work Ireland Christmas e-card for 2025 and will be shared far and wide to spread cheer across our network.
There are three age categories:
- 5–9 years
- 10–14 years
- 15–18 years
A winner will be chosen from each category, and an overall winner will be selected to represent all of Youth Work Ireland this festive season.
Each winner will receive a gift card and a framed copy of their artwork — the perfect keepsake to celebrate your creativity.
How to Take Part
- Create your Christmas card design on A4 white paper (don’t fold it).
- You can use any 2D medium — pencils, crayons, paint, pens, pastels, or inks.
- Submit your entry through your local Youth Work Ireland service, along with the entry form.
- All entries must be received by Friday, 14 November 2025.
