“Youth Work Ireland state that it complies with The Governance Code for the Community, Voluntary and Charitable Sector in Ireland and with the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising as set out by the ICTR”

The Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising exists to:

  • Improve fundraising practice around the core principles of respect, honesty and openness.
  • Promote high levels of accountability and transparency by organisations who fundraise.
  • Provide clarity and assurances to donors and prospective donors about the organisations they support and how their donations are utilised, and offer mechanisms for enquiry and verification.

More information is available in our Donor Charter. While we hope you never need it, you can also read our Feedback and Complaints Procedure.
